Easterly sells Baton Rouge’s VA and HRSA buildings

Real estate investment trust Easterly Government Properties Inc. announced the sale of Baton Rouge's Veterans Affairs and Health Resources and Services Administration buildings as part of a 10-property portfolio deal worth $205.3 million.
