Baton Rouge commercial sales up 37% from previous 6-year average

Through April 2021, the total number of commercial sales in the East Baton Rouge market is up 37% and the total dollar volume of sales is up 41% over the previous six-year averages, according to an analysis released today by local real estate firm Elifin Realty.
