Lotus Village rezoning, Rouzan revision going before Metro Council

The Metro Council will decide Wednesday whether to approve rezoning for Lotus Village, a proposed 116-unit mixed use development aimed at senior citizens, as well as more changes to the Rouzan traditional neighborhood development.
