Restaurateur Chad Hughes buys Third Street property for $1.7M

Hughes is in the process of opening a new Mexican restaurant, Rio Tacos and Tequila, on the ground floor of the building, beneath City Bar, and is one of many projects in the works for the local restaurateur.
