Steve Storey has been promoted to sales manager for WBRZ. Storey has served as a local account executive for the television station for the past 25 years. He has played an integral part in many sales projects, including LSU athletics and the Life After 50 Expo.
EDUCATION
Stuart Stewart has been appointed executive director of Louisiana Campus Compact, a coalition of 31 Louisiana public and private colleges and universities focused on fulfilling the civic mission of higher education. A former faculty member at Southeastern Louisiana University, Stewart has served as interim director of the organization since August.
FINANCIAL & INSURANCE
Andrew L. Adler has been named executive vice president of State Bank & Trust Company, Baton Rouge. Adler has 17 years of banking experience and previously served as the company’s regional executive and chief lending officer.
Jason P. Freyou has been named chief information officer for State Bank & Trust Company, Baton Rouge. He also received a second designation as executive vice president. Freyou, who has more than 20 years of experience, manages deposit operations, business services and information systems of the company.
Warren McDonald has been promoted to senior vice president/senior lender of Business First Bank. He was previously senior vice president/commercial lending.
Belinda Aaron has been promoted to vice president/loan operations manager of Business First Bank. Aaron previously served as assistant vice president.
HEALTH CARE
Keith Blanchard has been promoted to assistant vice president of network administration at Amedisys. He previously served as network operations manager. In his new role, Blanchard oversees the network and telecommunications operations of more than 300 home care and hospice agencies as well as the corporate office.
Scott Ginn has been appointed senior vice president of accounting at Amedisys. He previously served as an audit director in the Baton Rouge office of Postlethwaite & Netterville. He is an LSU graduate with a bachelor’s in accounting.
Richard Lipsey, chairman and CEO of Lipsey’s, will serve as the Mary Bird Perkins Cancer Center’s chairman of the board, the sixth in the center’s 36-year history. Other officers elected are J. Gerard Jolly, KPMG, vice chairman; Dr. Tom J. Meek Jr., Dermatology Clinic, secretary; and D. Randoph Waesche, Resource Management Inc., treasurer.
Sherry Fontenot Poss has been named director of managed care at Woman’s Hospital, where she has worked for the past 22 years. Poss, who began in the pharmacy, previously served as the coordinator of managed care and manager of managed care.
Laura Trent recently joined North Oaks Health System in Hammond as admissions director. Trent will oversee patient admissions, registration, scheduling and insurance verification. She brings more than 24 years of health care experience to her new position.
Cathy Maher-Griffiths has been named director of maternal child service at Baton Rouge General Medical Center. Maher-Griffiths previously served as a labor and delivery nurse manager at Woman’s Hospital, and director of risk management, patient safety and performance improvement at Memorial Medical Center in New Orleans.
INDUSTRY
Sherry C. Barshawhas been promoted to controller of Environmental Waste Solutions. She will be responsible for managing all financial activities of the firm. She is an eight-year veteran of EWS and worked for more than 20 years in property management prior to joining the firm.
Jennifer Vosburg has joined NRG Energy as director of regulatory and government affairs for the South Central Region. She will lead state government relations activities in Washington. She was previously a partner with Long Law Firm of Baton Rouge.
LAW
Chad A. Dudley has joined E. Eric Guirard Injury Lawyers as the firm’s chief operating officer. Dudley, who is from Los Angeles, received a bachelor’s in marketing from LSU in 1996. Four years later, Dudley earned his juris doctorate.
Judith Copping has joined Lemle & Kelleher as the director of marketing. Copping previously served as the marketing manager for Jones Walker, the business development manager for Adams & Reese and the marketing and recruiting manager for Deutsch, Kerrigan & Stiles.

Paulette Senior has been appointed chief executive officer of Young Women’s Christian Association, Greater Baton Rouge. Senior previously served as owner, publisher and executive editor of the South Baton Rouge Journal.

Trey Beall has been named president of Gulf Coast Office Products. He has been with the company for 13 years and has been vice president for a decade. Beall will oversee all offices in Baton Rouge, New Orleans and Mandeville. He has 17 years of experience.
