“We lost our patriarch, Ben Ragusa, in December 2025. Construction has just completed on a memorial to our business history in Ben’s former office. We expect it to become the heartbeat of our headquarters, featuring videos of Ben’s peers, family and friends sharing their memories, along with photos spanning more than 50 years. At the same time, the third generation of the Ragusa family is growing into management roles, as Madeline and Elizabeth continue their journey to eventually lead Applied Business Concepts into the future.”
