Kean Miller will host its annual Employment Law Forum on October 27 from 8:45 a.m. to 12:45 p.m. in The Lawton Room at Tiger Stadium. This half-day labor law briefing will educate employers with changes to state laws concerning the Americans with Disabilities Act, protected leave for pregnant and postpartum employees, employment discrimination claims, and conducting internal investigations regarding employee conduct. The program has been approved for 3.0 CLE hours by the Louisiana State Bar Association. It is also valid for 3.0 CPE hours and 3.0 PDC toward SHRM-CP and SHRM-SCP recertification.
