Investment firm pays $1.6M for three properties near LSU

Legacy Capital Investments LLC paid $1.6 million for two properties on Carlotta Street and one property on East State Street, all just off of LSU’s campus, according to records filed with the East Baton Rouge Parish Clerk of Court’s office.
