Highland Market shopping center sold to Robinson Brothers

=The Highland Market shopping center, across the street from Ruffino’s on Highland Road, has been sold to Robinson Brothers.

Represented by Maxwell Robinson III, Robinson Brothers Inc. and Robinson Brothers Real Estate bought the shopping center from Highland Market LLC. The online records through the secretary of state’s website lists the officer of Highland Market as St. Francisville-based Discovery Real Estate and Development.

Sales documents list $100 “together with other good and valuable consideration” as the closing price for the shopping center, which currently hosts Maxwell’s Market and Rue Beignet among others as tenants.

Over the summer, the brothers sold their former Lincoln dealership site on Interline Avenue, off Interstate 12 and Airline Highway, for $4.85 million.
