Baton Rouge’s only Krispy Kreme location sells

The lone Krispy Kreme location in Baton Rouge, at 5504 Plank Road, was sold to SunTrust NLIP—whose parent company is Atlanta-based corporate and investment banking firm Truist Securities—for $2.9 million in a land deal filed Monday.
