    Home concert: Livingston Parish American Idol Laine Hardy is going on a virtual tour from his house in Louisiana, WAFB-TV reports. Hardy will launch his two new songs on l streaming platforms April 10, and will perform live online at 15 Facebook live concerts through the end of May. Read the full story. 

    Play ball: Major League Baseball is considering playing all of this season’s games in Arizona, with teams stationed in confined environments, CNBC reports. Clubs would play games at spring training ballparks around the Phoenix area. Chase Field, the home of the Arizona Diamondbacks, is also an option. Read the full story. 

    Competition: New streaming service Quibi, a mobile phone-only platform that releases short installments of movies and TV shows each weekday, launched in the U.S. on Monday. It enters a marketplace crowded with new and existing streamers also vying for consumer dollars, including the upcoming HBO Max and YouTube. Read the full story.
