Jason’s Deli has plans to open a new location in Arlington Marketplace, on the corner of Burbank and Lee drives, expanding its footprint in the Capital Region with its third Baton Rouge restaurant.
The sandwich eatery will operate in a 5,400-square-foot space next to AT&T, says Justin Langlois with Stirling Properties, adding he expects the restaurant to open in the fourth quarter. The restaurant will seat 140 diners and also feature a drive-thru window, according to online records.
Jason’s will be one of the largest tenants in the center, which also houses Rouses, Orange Theory, Smoothie King, CC’s Coffee, Mid Tap and FinBomb.
Founded in 1976 in Texas, Jason’s Deli has since grown to operate more than 280 restaurants in 28 states. The business opens roughly 10 to 12 new restaurants each year.
