Discount Tire buys Broadmoor Village outparcel

A 1.2 acre parcel of the Broadmoor Village Shopping Center on Florida Boulevard has been sold to an Arizona-based wheel and tire retailer for nearly $743,000, says Justin Langlois of SVN | Graham, Langlois & Legendre.

Discount Tire, operating as Halle Properties LLC, bought the outparcel from Broadmoor Village Shopping Center Re-Development LLC, whose officer is listed as Clark Heebe, who owns the center.

Langlois, who handles leases for the center with Kathryn Juneau, says there’s an additional sale pending for an outparcel for a new McDonald’s and yet another outparcel is expected to be sold to a medical group in a few weeks.

The shopping center only has two vacancies, says Langlois, who expects two fashion retailers to lease the 15,000 square feet of space. Tenants in the shopping center include Hi Nabor, Planet Fitness, Family Dollar, Parker’s Pharmacy and Ronnie’s Boudin & Cracklin’.

Heebe purchased the roughly 21 acres that the center is situated on for $1 million in October 2014.
