This Highland Road property changed hands

    The Highland Hardware & Garden Center property has changed hands.

    Baton Rouge-based 7460 Highland LLC, represented by Gerald and Patricia Geisler, purchased the 2.335-acre property from Grand Isle-based JW The-Riot LLC for $1.2 million, according to documents filed last week with the East Baton Rouge Parish Clerk of Court.

    Mary Jo Theriot Chaisson represented the seller in the transaction.

    The property is located along Highland Road near Kenilworth Parkway and Superior Grill. Business filings list Gerald and Patricia Geisler as the sole members of 7460 Highland LLC.
