    Gains: Imports of U.S. container cargo in August jumped 12.9% from a year ago as a summer volume surge delayed cargo at major ports and as anxiety built over a threatened longshore worker strike on the East Coast and Gulf of Mexico on Oct. 1, trade data provider Descartes Systems Group said on Tuesday.     Prices fall: U.S. consumers may finally be getting some relief from their grocery bills—especially if they shop for food online. Data by Adobe Inc. shows that online grocery prices fell 3.7% in August from a month earlier, the largest decline since the firm began tracking the numbers in 2014. Read more from Bloomberg.     Rebranding: Campbell Soup is more than just soup—and it wants to change its name to reflect that. The company on Tuesday said it is asking shareholders to vote on a name change to The Campbell Company at its annual meeting in November. It also set new growth targets for organic net sales between 2% to 3%, adjusted earnings growth of 7% to 9%, and adjusted earnings before interest and taxes growth of 4% to 6%.
