Cloudflare, a software company that underpins thousands of websites, experienced a major outage Tuesday morning that disrupted major apps and websites across the internet, including Business Report.
Some of the other services impacted by the outage include ChatGPT, Spotify and X (formerly Twitter).
At 7 a.m., the company said it was “working to understand the full impact and mitigate this problem,” and by 8:15 a.m., it said disruptions had begun to ease, though it was still working to restore some services.
The outage comes nearly a month after Amazon Web Services experienced a similar outage that also disrupted a wide range of online services for hours.
