Moore Industries may be celebrating 40 years in business, but inside the company, it feels more like a startup than a decades-old construction firm. The energy, ambition, and drive to grow have never been stronger and behind that momentum is a management team built to execute on a larger scale than ever before.
What started as a small, family-run contractor specializing in blast-resistant industrial buildings is evolving into a major force across the Gulf South and beyond. Today, Moore Industries is expanding its geographic footprint and is currently executing multimillion-dollar projects in both new and familiar markets spanning from the bayous of Louisiana to the sandy shores of California and to the mountains of Wyoming.
The result is not just growth in numbers, but growth in capability, structure, and vision.
“Our recent growth is creating tremendous opportunities for people who have a desire to grow and make a difference,” says Moore Industries President Tyler Moore. “The structure and leadership we’ve built give us the ability to execute larger, more complex projects while staying true to who we are and scaling with purpose.”
The leadership team, made up of individuals with diverse backgrounds, experiences and skill sets, has become the backbone of Moore’s transformation. Together, they’ve refined internal systems, expanded resources, and strengthened collaboration between field and office operations.
The impact is visible: more efficient project execution, broader market reach, and the ability to handle diverse, larger-scale scopes across multiple regions. Now, Moore is actively engaged in projects as far away as Wyoming, with additional projects from coast to coast expected in 2026 and beyond.
Moore Industries began diversifying its services offerings more than a decade ago, adding industrial HVAC in 2014 and civil in 2021. The growth in those capabilities has been steady since inception but has increased dramatically over the last few years.
In the last three years alone, Moore Industries has grown by nearly 300 percent. But for Moore’s leadership team, growth is not about becoming the biggest contractor in the room, it’s about the growth of their people, expansion of capabilities, and enhancement of processes which are prerequisites for successful growth in size.
“Our focus is on building the right teams and putting the right processes in place that allow us to grow while continuing to deliver exceptional value to our clients,” Vice President Michael Kleinpeter adds.
Even as the company scales, it has preserved the culture that makes Moore unique. Every employee is empowered to contribute ideas, solve problems, and shape the company’s future. That balance, combining the stability of a 40-year legacy with the hunger and agility of a startup, is what sets Moore apart.
“We bring the experience of a decades-old company, but we also have the youth, energy, and vision for the future,” says Vice President Paul Frischhertz. “Our people and the culture they create are the driving force behind our business growth.”
As Moore Industries continues to expand its footprint, it is proving that when vision and culture align, there’s no limit to what can be built.
