$15M housing development coming to Scotlandville area

The Banyan Foundation Inc., an Alabama-based nonprofit, is developing an affordable housing apartment complex on Elm Grove Garden Drive in the Scotlandville area. The organization filed $15 million permits for the complex Tuesday.
