Nothing to lose: 42% of Louisiana lawmakers are running unopposed

According to LSU’s annual Louisiana Survey, most Louisiana residents believe the state is headed in the wrong direction, and only 28% are either “very confident” or “somewhat confident” in state government to address pressing problems.
