Louisiana is on track to enter spring with a $330M budget surplus

Louisiana is projected to have tens of millions of extra dollars to spend next spring after the state finished its last budget cycle with an estimated $330 million surplus. The figure will be finalized in January, just as Gov.-elect Jeff Landry and legislators take office.
