Pearson’s Luggage and Gifts closing after 42 years; travel agency to stay open

Pearson’s Luggage and Gifts is closing its doors on Jefferson Highway after more than 40 years in business. But owner Jerry Pearson will continue to operate his travel agency, Pearson’s Travel World, which will relocate to a new office in the coming weeks.
