City-parish plans to bid out drainage projects due to workforce shortage

The city-parish will bid out the drainage and flood-control projects it is proposing to fund with some of the recent pandemic relief money appropriated to Baton Rouge in order to get work going more quickly, city-parish Director of Transportation and Drainage Fred Raiford says.
