A newly launched dish is the eggroll lettuce wraps, which uses rehydrated rice paper sheets filled with a traditional eggroll mixture of ground pork, onion, garlic, ginger and tamari before being deep fried and served with tangy nuoc mam dipping sauce. (Collin Richie)
