Three-day reprieve: President Donald Trump paused new 50% tariffs on certain Canadian goods for three days as U.S. and Canadian negotiators work toward a deal. Melanoma treatment advance: An experimental Moderna personalized cancer vaccine combined with Keytruda met key goals in a phase three trial involving more than 1,100 high-risk melanoma patients. The treatment significantly extended the time patients lived without their cancer returning and reduced the risk of the cancer spreading to distant parts of the body, with side effects similar to typical vaccines.
