Bluebonnet retail center sold for $4M

Bluebonnet Crossing, the retail center at Bluebonnet Boulevard and Jefferson Highway, has been sold for $4 million, according sales documents filed Tuesday.

Florida-based Bluebonnet Crossings Retail Center LTD sold the center to Ardeshir Zarei, of Baton Rouge, who purchased the center through Layland LLC. Zarei was unable to be reached before this morning’s deadline for more information.

The property—built in 2000—contains one standalone building occupied by Izzo’s Illegal Burrito and two strip retail centers. The entire shopping center is 14,200 square feet, has nine suites and is located on a little more than 2 acres of land.

The center is fully leased, according to an online listing from NAI/Latter & Blum Realtors, and includes Subway, Pizza Hut, The Cove, a UPS Store, a daiquiri shop, a bakery, among other businesses.
