Louisiana projected to see $733M budget shortfall by fiscal year 2027-2028

The fiscal honeymoon that Louisiana has enjoyed since 2018 is coming to an end next year, Louisiana Budget Project executive director Jan Moller warned during a luncheon meeting of the Baton Rouge Press Club on Monday.
