Louisiana petrochemical industry launching sustainability effort 

After residents of Louisiana’s “Cancer Alley,” between Baton Rouge and New Orleans, put a national spotlight on their environmental concerns, petrochemical giants are backing the creation of a new “sustainability council,” documents show.
