Edwards tight-lipped on whether he’ll veto bill to fund bridge construction

Gov. John Bel Edwards is expected to announce Thursday whether he’ll sign or veto several high-profile pieces of legislation. But a bill that would help fund a new bridge across the Mississippi River in Baton Rouge will not be among them.
