Dwight Hudson wants voters to rededicate portion of library, mosquito tax dollars for drainage

Metro Council member Dwight Hudson will soon push for a measure asking voters to rededicate a portion of tax dollars from the East Baton Rouge Parish Library System and Mosquito Abatement and Rodent Control to pay for drainage and sewerage upkeep.
