Lawsuit over downtown library heats up again with no trial date in sight

Nearly two years after filing suit over construction problems that delayed the since-completed downtown library, the city-parish has filed an amended version of the lawsuit, once again naming its general contractor, Buquet & LeBlanc, as a defendant in the case.
