Tanner bought the University Acres estate from Saban for $2.75 million in summer 2005, about half a year after Saban left LSU for the NFL’s Miami Dolphins. In December 2007, Tanner swapped the estate with attorney Jerry Dodson in exhange for nearly 1.8 acres between Perkins Road and Interstate 10 and $400,000 cash. Last month, Tanner repurchased the house from Dodson for $2.8 million. The estate sits on about 15 acres. The main house consists of four bedrooms, four-and-a-half baths and a three-car garage. Tanner bought the 5,271-square-foot home in Country Club of Louisiana from Jacques de la Bretonne and his wife, Paula Pennington, for $1.75 million in March 2006. Tanner sold the home to Tony and Karen Bruce in May 2007 for $1.925 million. The house features five bedrooms and three baths. View photo »

Tanner bought a second home in the Country Club of Louisiana, a 5,131-square foot residence, from Nancy Neher. He paid $2.5 million for the deal, which closed in November. The house has four bedrooms and three baths.

Tanner bought a 5,041-square-foot home in Jefferson Place from Gloria Solomon Carter for $1.5 million in November 2006. Tanner sold the home to William Dean Reinschmidt in February for $1.65 million. View photo »

Tanner bought the Louisiana High School Athletic Association offices for $1.4 million in a deal that closed last month. The 9,600-square-foot building had previously served as the home of local car dealer Bob Coleman before being converted into offices. View photo »

Tanner bought a 7,364-square-foot home in Bocage Lakes from Gary Solomon for $972,500 in June 2006. Tanner swapped the home with John David Lively for an Essen Lane office, 49-foot yacht and $500,000 in March 2007.
