13. GLEN OAKS DRIVE
What: Convert the two-lane road without shoulders from Plank Road to McClelland Drive into a three-lane, curb-and-gutter road with sidewalks on one side and bike lanes on both sides. Due to the houses along the roadway, the proposed sidewalk will be located at the back of curb, allowing the roadway to fit in the existing 50-foot right-of-way width.
