9. ESSEN LANE AT INTERSTATE 10
What: Add two turn lanes for dual left turns for southbound and northbound Essen Lane. The existing two lanes will be shifted to the east. Also add one lane to the I-10 eastbound on- and off-ramps, and one lane to the westbound on-ramp.
