Jerry Passman of Passman Homes has been named president of the Capital Region Builders Association. In 2009, the Louisiana Home Builders Association named Passman Builder of the Year. Thomas W. Ashley Jr. is the chairman of the Capital Region board, while Wayne Dodge is president-elect, Tricia Guitreau is vice president of financial affairs, Willie Martin is vice president of commerce and development, Rusty Golden is vice president of government and public affairs, Kevin McCleary is vice president of associate affairs, and John Holmes is vice president-elect of associate affairs.
