(From The Times-Picayune) BATON ROUGE -- In a capital city where college football is king, sidewalk vendors are selling Saints merchandise, black-and-gold flags are flying from SUVs on College Drive and some churches have canceled Sunday evening Mass in deference to the Super Bowl.
