Thirty-five percent of people who participated in a Real Estate Weekly poll say they are “a little confident” and “a little concerned” about the local residential real estate market in 2010. Twenty-six percent who responded to the survey say they are "confident" about the market. Fourteen percent of respondents rated their attitude about the local residential real estate market "very confident," and the same number say they’re "concerned"; 10% are "very concerned.” Nearly 125 people participated in the poll.
