(From The Times-Picayune) Both segments of Louisiana's crawfish industry are in a crunch this year, as record-high diesel prices are whittling away at the bottom line. High water in the Atchafalaya Basin, which signals the peak of crawfish season, has come later than usual this year for fishers.
