The demand for premium homes remained strong in metro Baton Rouge during 2007. According to figures from the Greater Baton Rouge Association of Realtors’ Multiple Listing Service, there were seven houses sold in the metro area for more than $1.75 million. And that doesn’t include lavish properties sold outside the MLS.
