An office building on Sunray Avenue in Wellington Park subdivision has been sold for $420,000, or $120 per square foot. Ben Graham and Walt Ketchings of NAI Latter & Blum represented the seller, Roubillion Investments. The purchaser was Garrety & Associates, an accounting firm represented by Ben Stalter of Maestri-Murrell Real Estate. This was the first sale for Ketchings, who had been at Latter & Blum as a student worker for about two years. He received his agent's license about four months ago.
