Bush pushing Congress for global warming bill

(UPI) -- President Bush may shift his eco-attitude as early as this week, saying he wants Congress to pass a bill to combat global warming, aides said. While specifics are being debated, Bush administration officials said they think they need to act now rather than risk more regulation in the future, The Washington Times said.
