Construction has started on the first unit in Westmoreland Place, an upscale residential development in Mid City. The units will sell for between $870,000 and $1.1 million. Thornton, Harvison and Rhodes Real Estate is developing Westmoreland Place, which will be built at the corner of Broussard and Westmoreland. Ritter/Mayer Architects designed the complex and Key Design and Build is the contractor.
