Bus boy at Furr's cafeteria in Odessa, Texas. Memories of that job are what constantly incentivized me to go to college!

"Go to church." (from my parents)
Who do you most admire in the local business community and why?
My wife, Peggy Scott. I am continually amazed at her ability to (1) analyze business problems correctly, (2) come up with imaginative solutions, (3) mentor those under her so they want to follow her wherever she goes, and (4) her skills at reading people.

Overcoming a somewhat weak graduate training
