Cook: Beau Box opens residential division
Beau Box has been well-known in the commercial real estate industry for several years, and now the Baton Rouge realtor intends to expand his firm into the residential market. Beau Box Commercial Real Estate announced its new residential division last week. Tigue Bonneval will manage the company as associate broker. The division is currently focusing on expanding its agent base and has two major listings at the moment. One is the Lafayette House, which will consist of nine condominium units at 342 Lafayette St. One-bedroom condos are starting at $185,000, and two-bedroom units begin at $368,000. The new development will feature private balconies and private courtyard, valet parking, a doorman and gated security. The project is within walking distance to downtown shopping and entertainment areas. The other listing is for the Magnolia Springs Subdivision in St. Gabriel. The first phase of the development consists of 40 lots, six of which have homes on them starting at $130,000. Beau Box's expansion into the residential market makes the firm a full-service operation with commercial brokerage, residential brokerage and property management.
