Redeveloped Perkins Road Hardware building sold for $2.3 million
The redeveloped Perkins Road Hardware building has been purchased by Ryan Jumonville for $2.3 million. Jumonville, who founded United Networks of America, a nationwide medical discount network, bought the 12,600-square-foot mixed-use building as an investment. Donnie Jarreau, who redeveloped the site, says the deal includes the retail space on the first floor and a vacant second floor. The Perkins Road Hardware site includes Rock-n-Sake, Jimmy John's and Denim Library. Jumonville plans on building out the second floor for residential, retail or office space. "You can do some unique office or retail space on that floor," says Alex Knight of Donnie Jarreau Companies. —Timothy Boone
